Alvaro Guarderas is an accomplished professional with a background in finance and entrepreneurship. He received his BBA in Finance & Economics from Texas A&M University and holds an MBA from EAE Business School in Madrid. Alvaro currently serves as the VP of Acquisitions for Bayshore Investment Partners, a Private Equity Firm based in Miami. Bayshore Investment Partners specializes in buying and operating multifamily properties across the Southeast.

Additionally, Alvaro is the founder of Step Up Financial Modeling, a consulting start-up that specializes in creating valuation and feasibility models for start-ups and small enterprises. The company provides advisory services to its clients on capital raising and financial planning. Prior to his current roles, Alvaro worked as a Senior Consultant in PWC. In this role, he focused on company valuations and M&A in the Corporate Finance department.
