Jose Tello, Principal and Founder of Bayshore Investment Partners (BIP), has over twelve years of experience in multifamily and industrial real estate acquisitions, asset management, property management and dispositions. Jose has led +$420M of acquisitions and +570M in total transactions since 2013.
After investing for several years in the search fund space personally, Mr. Tello co-founded Martell Capital Partners (MCP) in 2022. MCP has invested in +20 operating companies across various industries globally (primarily focused in North America), and has partnered with +20 search funds (as of Q2 2024). Jose serves on the board of 4 operating companies in the United States.
Additionally, he is a partner at ReadySpaces, an innovative and growing industrial co-working platform, which has opened +40 locations across the United States and Canada.
Furthermore, Mr. Tello serves on the board of Metrofraternidad Foundation, Ecuador's largest private medical system shareholder, which has helped treat over 140,000 patients from impoverished backgrounds. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Managerial Economics and Entrepreneurship from Bentley University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
